There are two ways to figure out the size:

1. Using a cloth tape measure preferably, measure across the width of the four front teeth. If it is closer to 1-1/8th inches (28 mm.), then order small, If closer to 1-1/4th inches (32 mm.) order large.

or,

2. Click here. Then print the file making sure the print size option is set to 100%. To make sure it printed right, measure the overall length of the large size. It should be 3-1/4 inches (82 mm.). Cut out the two sizes and “try them on.
