IMAKO Monthly Video Review Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Imako ("Sponsor"), 704 South Old Belair Road, Grovetown, GA 30813. The Sponsor operates the website imako.com.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period. The sweepstakes runs in monthly entry periods. Each period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month. Entries are drawn once per month for that month's period.

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter, and each carries an equal chance of winning:

  • (a) Review entry. Submit a product review, including an optional video, through the Sponsor's review platform. Follow the link provided in your order or review-request email. Limit one (1) review entry per order.
  • (b) Free entry (no purchase necessary). Hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, and the words "IMAKO Video Review Sweepstakes" on a 3x5 card and mail it to: Imako, Attn: Sweepstakes, 704 South Old Belair Road, Grovetown, GA 30813. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope, per calendar month. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the entry period and received within seven (7) days of the period's end.

5. Prize. One (1) prize per monthly entry period: a $100 Visa gift card. Approximate retail value: $100 USD. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period. No cash or other substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. One winner per period will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within approximately seven (7) days after the period ends. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Reviews and Content License. Submitting a review is not required to enter and does not improve your chances of winning. If you choose to submit a review (including any photo or video), you grant the Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content, and your name and likeness as it appears in it, in any media, including on the Sponsor's website, social media, and paid advertising, without further notice, compensation, or approval. You represent that the content is your own, that you have the right to grant this license, and that any person appearing in it has consented. Reviews are published as submitted and are not conditioned on being positive.

8. General Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize.

9. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Winner Requests. To request the name of a monthly winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 4(b) within sixty (60) days after the end of the relevant entry period.
